Albarracín. This small and beautiful medieval town of only 1,097 inhabitants is located in the southwest of the province of Teruel (Spain). It is a National Monument since 1961; It holds the 1996 Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts, and the city has been proposed by the Unesco to be declared a World Heritage Site. It usually occupies the first positions in all the rankings of the most beautiful villages in Spain
