Today we can say that the bus is one of the most sustainable and also one the safest means of transport. One of the latest security improvements is made up of the E-Rescue system. This system, E-Rescue makes your seat a safety element.

This last autumn, the E-Rescue company presented its new innovation for coach safety to the press. It is an anchor system for bus seats that reduces rescue time in an accident from 2 hours to only 30 minutes. In a bus the complications of action in an emergency situation are exponential because of the high number of injuries that may exist. The first hour is basic and extremely important to act quickly in order to increase the chances of survival of the wounded. For this reason the “E-Rescue” system has been designed

Characteristics

This system consists of two fundamental elements: a specific anchorage of the seat itself, which allows it to be removed without tools by only two people, and a compartment under the seat in which the necessary elements for immobilization of the victim are found, similar system than the life jacket that is under the seats in the airplanes. In the event of an accident, rescue and emergency services access the compartment with a key, remove the immobilization elements (collar and straps) and immobilize the patient, who is removed from the stable passenger compartment and taken to the stretcher in the seat itself. The cost of implementing E-Rescue in a bus is around 10,000 euros. Clic here for more info.
