New female talent incorporation in Chapín Group. In Chapín, we are aware, and we perfectly know the importance and benefits that bring diversity in companies and we defend gender equality, not only in the professional environment but also in the society in general.

Spain is located far away from the levels of some European countries in terms of the presence of women in management positions, both in the Boards of Directors and in senior role responsibilities. In a sector such as transportation, where men presence is dominant by idiosyncrasy, few companies are really diversifying their workforce by integrating women into Management positions.

Since last year, Chapín Group has tripled its presence of women in our offices’ staff from 10% to 31% of the total of non-operational employees (office staff only).
